Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Super Run - Classic Adventure application ("the Service") operated by skreators ("us," "we," or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
You affirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your country of residence), you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of skreators and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control.

The Service may include optional in-app purchases. All in-app purchases are made through the Application Store (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store) and are subject to their terms and conditions.
ALL IN-APP PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. You acknowledge that we are not required to provide a refund for any reason, and that you will not receive money or other compensation for unused virtual items when an account is closed, whether such closure was voluntary or involuntary.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall skreators or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, for loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of skreators and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service or 100 USD if you haven't purchased anything through the Service.
The laws of India, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
